What is this workshop about?
It is important that we all recognize, support and appropriately refer colleagues who may be facing emotional difficulties in the workplace. It is therefore important to be aware of the connection between mental health and work performance and how early interventions can make a difference.
In this workshop, we will learn how to identify warning signs of mental health problems, such as stress, anxiety or mood swings, as understanding these signs will enable us to activate a set of practical strategies that can be used immediately in crisis situations.
