What is this workshop about?
It is essential that we all recognize, support, and appropriately refer colleagues who may be facing emotional difficulties in the workplace. Being aware of the connection between mental health and work performance is crucial, as early interventions can make a significant difference. Addressing mental health issues promptly can prevent them from escalating and ensure a healthier, safer and more productive work environment.
In this workshop, we will learn how to identify the warning signs of mental health problems, such as stress, anxiety, or mood swings. Understanding these signs will enable us to implement practical strategies that can be used immediately in crisis situations.
