What is this workshop about?
There are moments when anxiety has the power to change the way we perceive the world around us: suddenly everything becomes frightening, dangerous, and unbearable. And the worst part is, the more we try to get rid of anxiety, the bigger it gets!
In this workshop, we will explore how anxiety manifests, reflecting on both its negative and positive roles. We will investigate why anxiety persists and becomes problematic, examining its different manifestations. We will analyze how anxiety affects various areas of life and how it presents itself in different forms at work, such as performance anxiety, obsessions-compulsions, or generalized anxiety. Finally, we will discuss and explore practical ways to manage anxiety!
