What is this workshop about?

Our emotions are a big part of who we are and how we connect with others. And the way we deal with them says a lot about ourselves. We all experience emotions of various kinds and therefore try to deal with them effectively...or ineffectively.

Emotions are therefore an essential part of the human experience, influencing our thoughts, behaviors and interactions with others. That's why in this workshop we'll explore the concept of emotion, defining what they are and looking at the different emotions we can experience. We'll also dive into the importance of emotional regulation and discuss various emotional regulation practices that will help you cultivate greater emotional awareness and deal with emotional challenges more effectively.
