What is this workshop about?

Mental Health: a concept increasingly present in our daily lives, but do we really know what it means? Traditionally, Mental Health referred to the absence of psychological suffering. However, it doesn't stop there. It involves the ability to effectively handle daily challenges and maintain a global sense of well-being.

This workshop aims to deconstruct the concept of mental health and emotional experience in its various components, exploring them through self-knowledge, personal reflection, and how we relate to ourselves and others. We will also address the warning signs to be aware of and share some strategies for improving our mental health.
