What is this workshop about?
Burnout is the epidemic of the 21st century. It often results from chronic workplace stress and can lead to significant emotional and physical exhaustion. People experiencing burnout may feel anxious, depressed, unmotivated, irritable, or less effective in their roles. Recognizing and addressing burnout is crucial for maintaining mental health and overall well-being.
In this workshop, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of burnout, including its origins and causes. They will have the opportunity to explore both individual and organizational factors that predispose individuals to burnout and learn how to recognize its key symptoms and signs, allowing them to identify burnout in themselves and others.
