What is this workshop about?
Conflict can arise when you least expect it - whether between colleagues, partners, or family members. Why is that? Because in any interpersonal relationship, there is potential for divergent and opposing ideas, interests, attitudes, or feelings to emerge between people who are different and unique! It’s important to understand that conflict isn't necessarily good or bad. It is inevitable. And so, we need to learn the best ways to manage and resolve conflicts.
In this workshop, we'll dive on a journey to understand what conflict really means, analyze its main causes and consequences, and examine how it can affect both team dynamics and organizational results. We will explore different conflict styles and discuss various strategies for conflict resolution and management.
