What is this workshop about?
One of the fundamental aspects of human interaction is our ability to understand and connect with the feelings and experiences of those around us. Empathy is an essential skill that allows us to enter the emotional world of others, offering support, understanding, and solidarity.
In this workshop, we will explore ways to strengthen and develop empathy throughout our lives. We will identify the obstacles that prevent us from being empathetic, broaden our perspectives on the experiences of others, and learn to cultivate active listening and compassion. This workshop is an opportunity to deepen our understanding of empathy, expand our capacity for human connection, and cultivate more meaningful and rewarding relationships.
